"Very well, but come back, please,"Veranda replied.

"It might take me a while it might not," Shea shrugged. "See ya later. I'll be by to say hello tomorrow. That's only if I can find a tree like my old one." Then she headed for the heart of the forest.

Veranda nodded and headed back home. Victor and Vanessa still hadn't returned home. She decided to see if Nefarious needed her. She headed over to her mothers home to find everyone not noticing her enter. Nefarious was hogging the t.v. as Leara went on and on about nothing she knew he'd listen to. She smiled unsure if she should interfere.

It tookShea a half hour to reach the heart of the forest by foot. She didn't want to change into an animal until she started to test the trees for the right one. Then she dropped her bag and climbed a small tree that had week branches. She immediately fell and tried another tree which didn't work. She continued this way for several hours.

"You know hogging the t.v. isn't such a good idea,"Leara yelled. "And watching Pokemon isn't ever better," Nefarious shot back. Leara flinched and walled away, blowing her breath. Veranda knew his words were so cold, but he had a tough life that know one could understand.

"What the hell," Shea cried after about the thousandth time of falling out of a tree. "Screw this!" She picked up her bag and climbed the biggest and the strongest/weakest tree known as the heart. Next thing she knew she felt a slight pain in her body. "If you want to live in my branches, you'll have to fight for it," she heard a voice say and then was blasted from the tree. She flew all the way past Victor and Vanessa training to a house not far away.

(Delete that post and change the other. Veranda is in the house with her family already)
Veranda decided to leave them alone and talk with her mother.

Shea crashed into the house with a loud thud. She slid to the ground a little stunned from the impact, but was unscathed.

Nefarious and Leara were stunned and Veranda gasped at the sudden entrance.

After a few seconds, Shea stood up and brushed her clothes off. "Sorry for the intrusion," she said looking around. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have to fight the heart of the forest. One mean bitchy tree she is." Then she stepped out of the house using the front door. She changed into an eagle and flew at top speed towards the heart of the forest.

Veranda was confused as she noticed Mayra eyes were glaring. She shrugged her shoulders and saw Leara and Nefarious arguing again.

It took Shea a few minutes to reach the heart. She turned into her normal self just as she landed in the tree's branches. The tree started to shake and she held on for dear life. "Stubborn fool," came the voice again. "Call me what you like," Shea cried. "But I won't lose to a tree. Especially one as ancient and wise as you."

Leara blew her breath and went to find her son, Sullivan. Veranda decided to listen on.

The tree began to try and fling Shea off. Shea just held on for deer life. Eventually, the tree gave up. "I'm done," came the voice, only this time the voice was tired. "Sleep wherever you wish in my branches." Then the tree stood perfectly still. "Thank god," Shea sighed jumping down out of the tree. She picked up her bag and began to test the branches for the right one.

"Sullivan I want you to find a nice young lady and start a family. I want Exodus's line to continue," Leara scolded. "But mom," Sullivan replied, slightly blushing. "No buts. If Veranda can handle on her own you can to. I personally don't want you to leave, since I already lost two and have two that hate me," Leara confessed. "Don't worry mom. I won't fail you," Sullivan replied. Veranda was shocked, but understood Leara's choice.
